Build and Deploy Functions Azure

we need help to fix the arquitect tehnology abour the funtions azure; current we check issue "Editing .NET isolated Function Apps is not supported in the Azure portal. Use your local development environment to edit this Function App" this msg we found in the funtions into azure. we need solve and adjust the pipeline to automatic build and deploy.
