Build me a Bitskins Trading tool.

So basically bitskins is a website where you can purchase pixels ingame skins for the game counter strike global offensive. The website has a built in API and im interested in peforming automated trades that are beneficial to me.

Basically should find the lowest price on the website buff.163.com and use that as a purchase indicator on bitskins. With some additional parameters ofcourse.

I would also like a dynamic array which i can edit for the software to be aware of my purchase habits
