Build Application (windows) for 3PL operation

A desktop application for a small 3PL operation. Needs to be able to add/remove customer, view current customer list, New order for goods coming in for a specific customer, new sales order to remove items in current inventory for a particular customer and a last tab to view items in inventory for all or for one customer.

WinUI use would be preferred.
