Build me Angular/.NET website

There is a need in starter project.
Frontend is in the latest Angular (Typescript) as an SPA application
Backend is in latest .NET Core (C#)
Intercommunication between frontend, backend and DB is done through gRPC.

Site features:
- Simple login page
- Simple registration page
- OAuth2 authentication
- Admin page to see the list of users
- A user database of your choice
- Deployable to AWS or other cloud
- No binary blobs/drivers/obfuscated code
- The code is for educational purposes so must be easy to read and commented
