Build API for DVCrypt application

I am looking for a skilled developer to build an API for my DVCrypt application using C#. The API should have specific features and functionalities as per my requirements. Additionally, I would like the API to implement an API Key authentication method. Ideal candidates should have experience in C# programming and API development.
