Blazor UI driven by Elsa Workflow for Customer onboarding -- 2

I am implementing a payroll app for a client. One of the requirements is the use of the use Elsa workflow https://github.com/elsa-workflows to implement a UI driven workflow for customer onboarding.The workflow should be persistent such that when customer logs into app the workflow should be able to remember where the customer left in the onboarding process.There is a very good resource on the implementation of such a workflow on https://medium.com/@fanekkie/part-1-ui-driven-by-elsa-workflows-6d0e868ea6c?source=topics_v2---------0-84--------------------944740b0_8855_440e_953c_8636f0774fd4-------17 but due time constraints and tight customer deadlines I am unable to fully grasp or learn the ELSA Workflow.
I am therefore seeking a developer experienced in ELSA workflows and able to implement the required feature
