Blazor C# Web App

In this project we need to see a file being opened and saved from client PC to host from relevant fields such as the full host path, the full local path and a text area. It should only be a white page wich has textboxes and command buttons. We are looking for a long term potential candidate, with some knowledge in Blazor and C#. Thank you
