Blazor Server Geofencing Info

I would like someone to provide me more information about implementing geofencing capabilities in a Blazor Server C# web application. The app is webbased but ideally it should not matter if platform is web or mobile. I just need as much information about implementing and triggering geofence events based on conditions defined.
