Blazor Data Entry App with APIs

Seeking candidates with an interest in completing an invoice and reporting system built in Blazor
There are two CSS HTML files to parse to output data for the report and invoice.
1. Create a sync between host & local. 2, Program in desired features. 3. Add security features. 4. Add APIs

Cryptography, and Recursion, code is going to be provided for assimilation. Could the cryptography be loaded and unloaded as a separate page? Provide me a project with pages Report with sync and Invoice blank as well as cryptography and recursion as test pages using the codes provided ~ and a design will be provided to program. Only the admin account should see the test pages while they remain hidden for other users. The login will use files on the host, and a separate cryptology, as well as a clickable keys for input. When the session is locked or timed out it would be nice to see everything stored and secure.
Files and folders saved to the host must have the same date modified as that on local.
