Blazor App with Telerik UI

I need a skilled developer to create an application using Telerik UI for Blazor. The app should include:

- User Authentication:
- Registration and login using email and password.

- Navigation:
- Menus: Home, Profile, Settings, and 4 CRUD tables.

- CRUD Functionality:
- 3 or 4 CRUD screens with responsive grids for:
- Users
- Products
- Orders
- Add or edit forms for each.

- Reporting:
- A couple of simple reports using Telerik Reporting.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Blazor and Telerik UI
- Proficiency in user authentication implementation
- Strong understanding of CRUD operations and responsive design
- Familiarity with Telerik Reporting

Backend should be SQL Server
