The summary is that you can create food dishes, share them, follow other people who make food dishes, create your recipe book and create meal plans and shopping list depending on these meal plans that the application will use:
Firebase: for authentication, images and cloud data
Sqlite - Will store data locally so firebase won't be called if not needed and will also do meal plan work locally.
XamarinForm: is where the application will be developed
the application will be developed in mvvm model. Each page will have its own view model.
