BitTorrent-Based Application Project

Hi, We need a small BitTorrent-based desktop application where we input any torrent magnet link, and in return, it generates a portable .exe file with complete BitTorrent functions. When the user runs that .exe file, it simply downloads the file from the provided torrent magnet link. Once the download is complete, it will run the file or open the folder where it was downloaded.
