Binary Proprietary data to geometry.

I’m looking to convert binary proprietary data into a geometry, with a desired end result of a line plot of geometric shapes. I need an expert who is capable of accurately performing the direct conversion needed to make this happen. I’ll be providing text and numerical data to be converted, so it’s important that any techniques and algorithms used for this task are well-suited and efficient in their data handling. The successful bidder will have proficiency in efficient conversion from binary proprietary data to geometry and be able to accurately produce a line plot of desired results. An extra would be to create a dxf file of the geometry for easy verification. The conversion program should be in C#. The output shape should be the same as what is in this wmf file, of 8 lines. Please review the attached file and determine the possibility.
There will be lines, arcs, and text in the binary file. I can provide more samples when necessary.
