Backend development for react native mobile app

I have a SignalR backend (already developed) which is being used for chat functionalities. I need help connecting the backend and the client side. Before that, I also need help to make a user registration backend.
To sum up,
1.) a backend API where users can be created
2.) connecting the mobile app to signalR backend API
3.) add JWT authorizations between the front and back
