Azure function app to automate website actions

Looking to create an Azure function(s) that is triggered when certain emails hit an Office 365 mailbox. This needs to navigate to a website via a custom URL in the email, login, check some conditional logic (check for text in certain labels on the page) and then proceed to click a series of different hyperlinks and save certain content. The process flow is attached to give you an idea of the scope.
