I am seeking a skilled developer to assist me in creating a Microsoft Azure SQL function app. The primary function of this app will be to listen for webhooks, receive JSON data, and subsequently perform a POST command to an API.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a Microsoft Azure SQL function app utilising the programming languages of JSON, C++, and Python
- Implement the webhook listener functionality to receive and process incoming JSON data
- Execute a POST command to an API based on the received webhook data
