Azure Microservices: Multi-Tenant SAAS Solution

I'm looking for an expert in Azure Cloud to help me set up a Microservice-based application with the following specifications:

- The application should be designed and developed as a Multi-Tenant SAAS solution, primarily to sell products or services online.
- It should mainly consist of Microservices, for easy scalability and maintenance.
- The front-end of the application would be a Web UI Project built in ReactJs, and a Mobile App built in ReactNative.
- Crucial features I need included are User registration and management, as well as a Product or service catalog for effective data Access..
