C# Azure Functions with Windows SignalR client

All Azure Functions and window client must be written in C# using .NET 6.

Function 1
Azure Function that accepts a POST request with JSON. The JSON will include a filename and byte array. The Azure Function will use SignalR to send the JSON to a Windows client. The Windows client will save the byte array to the filesystem using the filename specified in the JSON.

Function2
Azure Function that accepts a GET request with the filename in the request. The Azure Function will use SignalR to send the request to the Windows client to get the file from the filesystem. The Azure Function should return the byte array of the specified file.

Function 3
Azure Function that accepts a DELETE request with the filename in the request. The Azure Function will use SignalR to send the request to the Windows client and the Windows client should delete the file from the filesystem.

All source code and copyrights will be transferred to me.

All code must be written in C# .NET 6. If you plan to use another version of .NET framework, please include which version and why in your bid proposal.

Please include the estimated time to complete the project. The project will start immediately upon award unless stated otherwise in your proposal.
