C# Azure Functions: Word/PDF Generation

I'm seeking an adept C# developer with expertise in using Azure Functions for generating Word and PDF documents from a predefined template.
I need you to write me C# code for Azure Functions that will work as follows:
Your function will take as parameter file name/ path and list of key-values pairs.
From the file path you will read this file which will be in word format. This is a document template and will contain placeholder text that i will mark as bookmarks.
The list of key-value pairs will represent as follows: key is same as bookmark name, value is what is to be replaced in the template.
Your code will thus generate a new word document with correctly filled-in data.
This new word doc will also have to be converted into a PDF document.
I should be able to save the word and pdf docs in a database.
You will also provide me client side jQuery code to download the PDF document.
