Automation tool development in MS word - using C#

Once Upload a word document(.doc, .docx, .rtf). The tool will do some auto processes. for example.
Auto cleaning, Auto editing, Content Reference Checking, and so on.
Auto cleaning :
1. Cleaning up the document (for example by removing unwanted formatting and extra spaces).
2. Marking up the structure of the document (such as heading levels, boxed items, lists, figures, and images).
Require:
Well-experienced and depth knowledge of handling MS Word
We preferred those who have experience in the publishing field.
C# - MVC (Desktop & Web) application, DB handling (SQL/MongoDB), server handling(IIS server & Cloud)
