Automation to send news summary with AI by whatsapp - Power Automate + Azure + Twillo

I need to set up a flow in Power Automate.
1.- Receive emails from Outlook.
2.- save them in an excel database in sharepoint.
3.- integration with OpenAI to summarize the body of the email
4.-Integration with Text to Speach to transform the summary into audio.
5.- Integration with Twillo, Botize, LandBot or another etc. to send by WhatsApp to certain groups of contacts.
I think of power Automated but it could be on another platform, the important thing is to have control to add new clients, remove numbers, etc. Platform administration
