EXPLANATION:::

Automatic and manual schedule planner for shifts

• Be able to register every worker
o Name
o How many hours they work per week
 Catch -> if person A works 20h a week, he can work 16h week 1 and 24h week 2 to create 40h for 2 weeks
• Meaning that the schedule should always be created on 2 weeks (everytime week 1 and week 2)
o Add if it’s morning shift, day or late/night shift (name + color)
• Choose who got fixed schedule for the 2 weeks
o Example: person A works 28h a week
 Week 1
• Monday (8h), Friday (8h), Saturday (8h) and Sunday (8h),
 Week 2
• Friday (8h), Saturday (8h) and Sunday (8h)
o So total of this two weeks for person A = 56
 Week 3 = week 1
 Week 4 = week 2
 And so on
o Same for other people that has fixed schedule or flexible
• Meaning that it should be able to create 1-2-3 month schedule with all the fixed planning and fill in the available/open shifts with the other ‘flexible’ workers
• I need to be able to select which days are fixed and which days are flexible so that the tools knows when to schedule them
• I need schedule per 2 weeks and choose how many people I want for that shift (morning, day or evening/night)
