Automated Tennis Court Booking Software

I'm looking for a Windows-compatible program that can log into https://th.gametime.net/mobile/#/app/auth and automate the process of booking tennis courts.
Key Features:
- Automated login: The program should be able to log in to the site automatically.
- Booking opens at 6am and 7 days in advanced. So for example I would enter the date, time and players and then at 6am it would run and book the court
- Automated booking: If a court becomes available, it should be able to book it automatically
