Automated IMAP Email Backup Software

I'm in need of a skilled developer who can create a software that will automatically backup my IMAP email to PST format.

Key Project Requirements:
- The goal of the software is to backup emails from my IMAP server to a PST file.
- The backup process should be fully automated, allowing me to set a specific schedule for when it should run.
- Backup every X hours, days, weeks, adding the new e-mails into PST file
- The software should be robust and reliable, ensuring that all the data is backed up accurately and securely.
- Ability to add as many e-mails as I need
- E-mail me if any e-mail failed.
- Fully Portable, PST Backup files in \Backup\

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in developing software with email protocols, particularly IMAP.
- Strong knowledge of Email Migration and Conversion.
- Previous experience in developing tools for email backup and/or PST creation.
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface for scheduling and managing backups.

Desired Programming Language:
Python
C# (preferred)
