Automated Barton Chart Analysis
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking to have a C# Windows Form Application created to automate the analysis of a Barton Chart.
I need a button which will load the image into a picture box. I will then need to calibrate by clicking the arc starting point which will give the minimum (0%), another click which will be at 50% and then the last click which is the maximum (100%) range. The fourth click will be the outer diameter of the chart and the 5th click will also be the outer diameter of the chart so that we are able to make a circle from three points. See Calibration Screen Shot for reference. The initial arc line will be the starting point of the chart. I will need a text box that which will be for the starting time of the chart. The starting time should match the starting time arc that we created with the first three calibration clicks.
Once calibrated I will need a color dropper to identify the blue color code on the chart.
I will need a text box to type in a variance so that the system picks up all of the colors within that range.
Once the colors are found I will need to place yellow dots over where it finds the blue color.
Once it finds all of the blue color the system will need to print the Time, Value and "Static" in a data table
Once the blue is found I will need a color dropper to identify the red color code on the chart.
I will need a text box to type in a variance so that the system picks up all of the colors within that range.
Once the colors are found I will need to place green dots over where it finds the red color.
Once it finds all of the red color the system will need to print the Time, Value and "Differential" in a data table
I will need a check box for adding and removing rogue points that are not supposed to be there.
When I hover my mouse over a yellow dot it should display the Time and Value at that specific location.
I will need the image read with automation which should be able to pick up the Chart Put On Time, Date, Taken Off Time , Date and the data on the barcode read.
I want to get to where everything is automated even the calibration process but that will come later.
