Autodesk Revit Cloud Integration

Looking for a software developer familiar with Autodesk APS (formaley Forge) API's for the below project:

Purpose: The purpose of this software is to enable the automatic execution of Autodesk Revit plug-ins on demand, without the need for manual intervention within the Revit.exe or Cloud environment.

Functionality: The software will be Autodesk cloud application that can be integrated with .NET Framework software. It will allow a .NET software to retrieve specific models from the cloud on demand for analysis. Ideally the software should return a C# object of class: Autodesk.Revit.DB.Document.

Requirements:
The software must be able to integrate with .NET Framework software.
It must be able to retrieve specific models from the cloud on demand.
The software must be able to run on dedicated Windows servers.

Target Audience: The target audience for this software is .NET Framework developers who needs to execute Autodesk Revit (non-UI dependent) plug-ins on cloud workshared models
without having a Revit software on their machine.

Deliverables: The developer should deliver the source code, a working product, and initial deployment support for the software.
