I'm searching for a skilled developer who can create an autoclicker for Telegram. This autoclicker should open multiple Telegram applications (potentially through a browser) and click at predetermined intervals on a random points in one of the applications.

Requirements:
- The autoclicker must not interfere with the Telegram code and must function on an external application.
- The autoclicker will need to be compatible with Windows
- The primary function of the autoclicker is to click at predefined intervals
- The autoclicker should be triggered by set time intervals
