C# Auto Trade System from Amibroker based on Stocks Developer API

I am looking for an expert who has worked with Stocks Developer API and Amibroker and can develop an auto trading system for me. This system will take signals from custom AFL scripts I have created in Amibroker and fire into Stocks Developer Auto Trader application.
Candidates with prior experience of working with Stocks Developer API's and Amibroker will be preferred over others.
Key Requirements:
