Assistance configuring C# application to accept leads from a Facebook Ad

We currently have a custom CRM application built on C# MVC and have customers who want to have form submissions from their Facebook Ads delivered directly into the application. As we are unfamiliar with the Facebook API we are looking for someone to implement this functionality. We can handle developing the MVC actions, but are looking for guidance setting up the Facebook App, and registering it with client ad campaigns
