Asp Net Core template with payment and Oauth2

Stack is Asp Net Core WebAPI + ReactJs, database is discussable. I would like to have a fully working template for a web site with authorization via OAuth2 (Google, Apple, Facebook) and Email (with confirmation and resetting password). This web app provides some service which is not defined yet (I will add the core functionality later myself). Basically it sends query to an external webapi for credits. Each operation costs some amount of credits. The app should have functionality where the user fulfills credits via bank card or PayPal.
