Architecture Migration in Dot Net Core Code from Monolithic to 3 Tier

We have a Dot Net Core 3.1 MVC Project with C# and MS-SQL Server. Its a small E-Commerce Application.
The Need is to convert it to the predefined 3 Tier Architecture with ADO.NET and Stored Procedures instead of Linq Queries using Web API to make and receive calls.
We will provide you with MVC Application and Architecture Sample Code which is already integrated in same code for one of the Get Call.
You would need to convert all the Controllers in the same line
The Ecommerce major modules are Product, Product Category, Listing Landing Page, Cart, Checkout, Order Details.
The TimeFrame for Conversion is 2 months though it will take a much lesser time however we have bandwidth so allowing you the same.
For Completed work you can post snapshots of code for Review and per process you can share the complete code once approved by our code reviewer and we will smoothly release the payment.
Feel free to notify if you can spare bandwidth and complete it earlier in 2 weeks or so on , there will be no deduction in payment.
