C# Application for Disabling Scheduled Tasks

The console application written in C# .NET Framework (any version) is designed to disable all scheduled tasks in the Windows 10 Task Scheduler.
Functionalities:
1. Backup all scheduled tasks, with their data, triggers, etc... to an XML/JSON file.
2. Disable all scheduled tasks.
3. Restore all tasks, with their data, triggers, and states, using the backup file created in section 1.
The program should also disable tasks that require a high level of permission – all tasks.
