Application Interface design

I have desktop Application programmed using .Net and C#. The current interface is regular interface.I am looking for someone can improve this interface and he/she can design new forms and buttons using any other design software such as adobe . Also if there are possible to design some flash dynamic such as flash adobe as well. I am open mind to accept new ideas as well.
