Simple edits for a C & C# based Application on .NET framework ($100)

We have a simple Desktop client Application that has been written in C & C# on .NET framework [compiled in Visual Studio]
It takes the patient ID; communicates with the server; obtains a json file with 9 medicines from the server and displays these 9 items on the desktop computer screen. The pharmacist would select certain medicines and send the selected list back to the server as a json file.
This desktop application was developed for WINDOWS 10 environment with .NET4.7.2 framework and everything works fine.
We need your help in making some minor changes as listed below:
1) Add a scroll bar if the json file has more than 9 items to display
2) Ability to change the quantity of each item at the counter
3) Display patient name on the top left corner of the item display window (patient name will be in json file)
4) Change a TCP/IP socket to UDP socket.
5) Make the application compatible to work on WIN XP, 7 and Vista (both 32 & 64 bit) and WIN11.
6) Get rid of an OK button.
7) Add a KILL switch (like Alt+K or Ctrl+K) to kill the application [we are currently killing it via task manager]
8) Re-size the patient ID number input dialog box
9) Change the message displayed in a pop-up box
We will demo the application for your clear understanding. We can sit with you to guide / provide clarification for quicker completion of work. We will give you remote access to the code and you can edit and compile it on our machine itself.
Price firm on $100, as this is just a tinkering work and would only take 3~4 hours to complete.
