Application Developer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
What You’ll Do…
- Write well designed, testable and easily maintained code by using best software development practices.
- Contribute to the analysis and specification of product requirements.
- Integrate existing software products with new systems and applications.
- Design and code unit tests to verify code correctness.
- Refactor existing code to improve code quality.
- Create documentation as required in all areas of the development process including though not limited to product requirements, software designs, test plans, as-built technical manuals, release notes and user documentation.
- Maintain production software and applications by monitoring, diagnosing and correcting software defects or performance problems.
- Adhere to company software development standards, practices and procedures.
- Conduct informal walkthroughs when required to gain feedback on software requirements, designs, code and product features; or to familiarise other staff with new product features and systems.
- Assist support staff when customer incidents are escalated to the development team.
- Additional tasks to those outlined which are reasonably within the Employee’s skills and capacity.
What we're looking for..
With Bachelor’s degree in Software engineering, Information technology or Computer science, or similar plus equivalent work experience.

Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence would be an advantage
