Any one Expert in C#, MVC .Net and in PHP.

I am looking for an expert in C# with experience in web development. The project is of medium complexity, with several features and a moderate design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in C# and have experience working on web development projects. And should have expert in PHP as well.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in C#
- Experience in web development
- Familiarity with MVC .Net and PHP is a plus
