Amazon SP-API Sample Code for Invoice upload (pdf) in C#

I need a working sample code in C# .net 4.5.2 to upload a local pdf invoice to a given order id to amazon seller central. I want to add the sp-api credentials to the code and it should work. This code must be working within 2 days. We need to use the new amazon sp-api and not MWS!
