Advanced Telegram Bot Development

Creating a telegram bot / multiple bots in one program that operates as the following:
- Automatically invite users with a random rest per invite of (randomly) 60 to 90 seconds, with an objective of 900 to 1,000 invitations per day.
- Automatically post messages in the groups / channels from where we send the invites, to ensure telegram is less likely to block the account as also messages are being posted.
- Automatically post GIF's in the same groups / channels from where we send the invites, to ensure also telegram is less likely block the account.
- Transmit an alert to an email address once Telegram is requesting manual labour or captcha verification.
- Allowing the accounts manager still post regular messages, minimizing the accounts being blocked as every few hours the manager is doing tasks outside regular bot tasks.
- Including a welcome message bot, the moment a User ID accept's the invitation it must receive a notification. Each account should have a customized message.
The bot must be developed in Python or as Chrome extension, as we will host it at Ubuntu OS VM's at different providers. Managing over 20 VM's, each the same program (with multiple bots). With each of them a different IP address, and different account.
