Advanced C# Real Estate Automation Tool Development
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
C# Automation Tool with GUI, Excel 9-Digit ID Extraction, AWS Captcha Support & License Management
I’m seeking an experienced C# developer to create a Windows desktop automation tool with a user-friendly GUI.
The tool will automate web browser tasks on a real estate platform (details shared privately), including:
• Importing an Excel file containing mixed data
• Automatically detecting and extracting all valid 9-digit numeric IDs from
anywhere in the file (ignoring other data)
• Using each extracted ID to open the corresponding listing page
• Automatically filling and submitting contact forms on those pages
• Handling Amazon AWS WAF captchas (no Google Recaptcha or hCaptcha)
Core Features:
• Excel (.xlsx) import & parsing:
Scan all cells/rows to find 9-digit numeric IDs, queue them for processing
• Browser automation:
Open target pages using extracted IDs, fill & submit contact forms
• Captcha handling:
Must solve or bypass Amazon AWS WAF Captchas reliably
• User-friendly GUI:
File loader, Start/Pause/Stop buttons, processing status, logs
• Duplicate & error management:
Track processed IDs, handle errors gracefully, retry if needed
• Anti-bot behavior:
Human-like delays and randomized timing
Security & Licensing:
• Secure login system (username + encrypted password)
• Separate Admin Panel (standalone GUI) to:
• Create, suspend, and delete users
• Manage licenses and expiration dates
• View usage logs and reports
• License verification (local + cloud check)
with obfuscated binaries to prevent cracking
• Optional hardware binding (HWID or IP locking)
• Automatic license expiration and access control
Commercial use Case:
The software will be licensed to real estate companies via:
• Fixed monthly fees
• Or commission-based payments
(percentage of deals closed via leads generated)
Therefore, robust usage tracking and tamper-proof license enforcement are critical.
Optional Features (nice-to-have later):
• Cloud-based license server using Stacked.io
or other fully free/open-source alternatives without usage limits
• Email or webhook notifications for admins
Timeline & Budget:
• It has no hurry but should be ready at the beginning
/ mid -September at the latest
• Budget is flexible but not corporate-level—looking for fair, long-term cooperation
Work Arrangement:
• Remote freelance contractor only
• Regular communication & updates expected
(if needed or bugs happening in the use of the tool)
Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience with C#/.NET (WPF or WinForms)
• Expertise in browser automation (Selenium, CefSharp, or equivalent)
• Experience with Excel data extraction and pattern recognition
• Knowledge of captcha handling, specifically Amazon AWS WAF Captchas
• Skilled in license system design and security (encryption, obfuscation)
• Reliable, communicative, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Portfolio or examples of similar automation/license projects a big plus
Please apply with examples of your past work and availability. Full technical details will be shared privately.
