The potential freelancer must specialize in:
• Developing systems specifically for courier or delivery businesses.
• Using .NET programming language, as the final output must be a .NET project.
The features required in the system include:
• Tracking system - The main purpose of this system will be to track courier statuses. Note: I only need status update tracking functionality, not real-time or route tracking.
• Inventory management - This feature is not mentioned in our discussion but adding this would give your bid a positive consideration.
• Customer management - Though not emphasized, experience with customer data management will be beneficial for this project.
Please note that our system will not be sending automated status updates to customers via SMS or email notifications.
