Adjust pdfium to select text with mouse - c#

HI, we need someone to adjust the opensource pdfium project. Currently, we cannot select text by mouse. We need this to be implemented on Pdfium viewer version 2.13.0.0.

We are using C# Framework 4.5 - VS 2015.
