Add a listing and edit page to our existing web stie

We have a C# ASP.Net MVC Site using Entity Framework. We want to create two new pages for the site, one to list and manage account email templates and one to edit an email template. There is sample code on the site that can be used for reference for how the new pages should look and function. There are no database changes in this project. We have wireframe mockups of what the UI should look like. If the project is accepted, we will provide access to the source-code, database, wireframes and additional details.
