Add 2 fields to C# Synfusion Grid

I have a Syncfusion Grid i added 2 fields that on edit / add need to be dropdowns. One needs to be cascaded based on value of previous dropdown picked the other needs to be mutliselect. Currently getting errors on page.Person awarded will need to work with me directly using anydesk connection with me.
