Add Dashboard and Automation to Existing Excel System

I need a dashboard added to my existing Excel-based inventory and equipment management system. The dashboard should allow pilots to input flight data, automatically update hours flown for pilots and co-pilots, subtract the hours flown from components' total hours for effective monitoring, and include a printing option for the summary of hours flown. The system is already in extensive use, so this needs to be completed within a week.
