Account and inventory managment system for gold stores

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an account and inventory management system for my gold store. The system should have the ability to possibly integrate with a POS, e-commerce platform and shipping and logistics integrations. Mobile access to the system is possible, but not a requirement.
