ASP.net C# MVC Add Forgot Username, Captcha, and Multi-Factor Authentication

This is a demo project that has been created to run stand alone. It uses a database in the appdata folder for user names and passwords and a folder for the email send. It allows register, login, recover password. The project will need to be able to work stand alone. The Microsoft reference shows examples and sample code and I prefer following the Microsoft standards.
Add a Captcha to prevent bots the for the recover password.
Add recover Username ability with a Captcha to prevent bots.
Add Duo Two Factor Authentication.
Add ability to enable or disable these features in appconfig. The Settings can be EnableRecoverPassword, EnableRecoverPasswordCaptcha, EnableRecoverUserName, EnableRecoverUserNameCaptcha, EnableTwoFactorAuthentication or any name you choose.
The project is github https://github.com/ERPISE/RegistrationAndLogin. You can create a branch and check it in or just download change the pages you want and attach those. Attach the changed pages to the project to show work completed for history.
Confidentiality.
a) No Use. Recipient agrees not to use the Confidential Information in any way, or to manufacture or test any product embodying Confidential Information, except for the purpose set forth above.
b) No Disclosure. Recipient agrees to use its best efforts to prevent and protect the Confidential Information, or any part thereof, from disclosure to any person other than Recipient's employees having a need for disclosure in connection with Recipient's authorized use of the Confidential Information.
c) Protection of Secrecy. Recipient agrees to take all steps reasonably necessary to protect the secrecy of the Confidential Information, and to prevent the Confidential Information from falling into the public domain or into the possession of unauthorized persons.
d) Scope. The scope of Confidentiality is deemed to be in all contracts present past and future with the Parties to this request
