ASP.Net 4.8 - Outlook 365 integration BUDGET €250-750 EUR fast typing job

We have an existing web-based (ASP.NET 4.8) application which retrieves emails sent to Outlook 365 mailboxes, using a POP3 client with basic authentication.
We want to replace the POP3 client class library with a Microsoft Graph API library (C# or VB), which uses modern authentication.
Requirements:
1. Authenticate and authorize with the Microsoft Identity platform / Active Directory, to allow us to access our Outlook 365 mailboxes through the Microsoft Graph API.
2. Accept Microsoft Graph API requests from our application, pass the request to the Microsoft Graph API, and return the response as a string.
The kinds of requests are likely to include:
• Get list of email headers
• Retrieve individual emails
• Delete individual emails

These API requests and responses can be tested using the Graph Explorer website.
In order to complete this task you will need to be familiar with:
- ASP.Net 4.8 (not .Net Core).
- Microsoft Identity platform.
