ASP.Net C# Authentication with OWIN and sql

I have a C# project and I log in with a microsoft account. When I log in it shows all of the clients. I want to be able to assign the clients ID to the microsoft account in the sql database so when someone logs in it only shows the clients that are assigned to them. The microsoft azure account are not in the sql database

I would like for you to work on this project remote in my laptop through anydesk or teamviewer
