C# ASP.NET Core Web App using the Microsoft.Azure.Management.Support SDK

I need a Web App to create support tickets using the Microsoft.Azure.Management.Support SDK

The Web App should be able to do the following:
1. Show the current tickets (see attached mockup)
2. Be able to create an close a new support ticket (see attached mockup)
3. Be able to open support ticket details
4. Be able to add a new comment to a support ticket
5. Allow multiple subscriptions to be configured
