APPLICATION DEVELOPER NEEDED (.NET C# MVC, SQL Server, Vue.js)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable web application developer to join my project. We are developing a classic application mainly using .NET C# MVC, SQL Server, and Vue.js. This is a small project with a limited scope and we need someone who understands the principles of the architecture, can write optimized and clean code and can perform the delivery within the timeline. The developer should be proficient in all aspects of .NET and should ideally have experience with Vue.js as well. In addition, the developer should possess a great work ethic and a good attitude towards problem solving.
We have an application that tracks data through a workflow to purchase a property and transfer ownership. There are a number of tabs with editable fields, and the history for edits on each field needs to be written and read from a datatable. There is already an architecture in place, and we have a new architecture we would like to implement on one screen. More details will be provided for the selected developer.
You should be available through Zoom and able to work hours generally compatible with North American timezones. You should also have good communication skills with verbal and written English. You will receive the solution files for Visual studio, and a backup of the database to set up your local environment. When development is complete, and you have completed your local testing, you will check your C# code into source control on our network, and provide a script for database updates.
There will be more ongoing work for the right developer.
